The Texatherm system is used predominately for commercial properties however can be used in a residential environment where areas need to be dry quickly.  The carpet is dry within 30 minutes and can be speed dried in 15 minutes.  It is also an excellent process to be used when there is a problem with spots wicking up from the sub surface. In technical terms The Texatherm Cleaning System is a patented process combining a unique chemical technology with heat, agitation and reaction between two solutions.  The process produces a capillary action which safely deep wet cleans carpets but also delivers all the benefits normally associated with dry cleaning systems.
